Valentines…and the ICE

Friday evening of this past week, the staff got together and put on a Valentine’s Banquet for staff couples here at the Headquarters along with many training center directors and special guests. 
So much planning, preparation, and effort went in to this event to make it a wonderfully special time for each of the couples and those who attended. On our part, it was a very rewarding experience. Everything seemed to smoothly according to plan…which is always a big blessing. Hannah was one of the key people in preparing music for the event. She did a great job and it sounded simply beautiful? The rest of us were involved with prep work, cleaning, dishes, etc. It was great.
On Saturday, after our big event, we got together a group of people and went over to the Hinsdale park where we enjoyed a time of ice skating and hockey. It was an awesome way to spend the afternoon. We made a great memory. All in all, this week was busy like usual. We are looking forward to this weekend as we prepare and leave for a warmer place…Eagle Springs… =)
What a very special and meaningful banquet. We are confident that all the “labor of love” will be rewarded by many lasting memories.
