The Paine Family

We celebrated two birthdays this past week. It was a special time in our new home as a whole family celebrating Abigail and Josiah’s birthdays. As the evening came to a close, we all had the privilege of gathering around Abigail and Josiah and praying a blessing on them. I thought that it was really special to be back in a home setting once again for this special time.

I have been amazed at the changes in both of their lives throughout this past year. It has been really neat to see how God has worked in and through them both, building the character of Christ within. Abby has grown up so much! She has developed such a meek and quiet spirit, and I have really appreciated the numerous ways that she has reached out to others through cards and words of encouragement. I truly see the life of Christ being lived out in her daily walk. Joey is growing up fast too! I have noticed how he has had such a giving spirit to others. He always wants to help, and his enthusiasm is great!! I love him a lot.

We praise the Lord for these two special people. Our family would not be the same without them. We anticipate the great things that God will do in and through these two lives as they learn more of what it means to love God and others. We love you BOTH!! Happy Birthday!
