What an awesome thing it is to live in a nation whose founding fathers stood for principals that were based upon the Word of God. They understood and experienced the true freedom that comes from obeying the One-True God who gave them life and breath. And because of the sacrifice of those that fought for the freedom of our nation and who continue to fight, we enjoy that very freedom that they fought and died for. May God bless our troops…May God bless America!!
We enjoyed a great time of fellowship together as a training center this past 4th. Games, food, fireworks and much more made this time a memorable event. Our Uncle and Aunt with their children (our cousins =) joined us for part of the time which made the time even better.
After games throughout the afternoon and a picnic dinner outside, we enjoyed the Indianapolis array of fireworks along 
with games and more great food (Awesome apple pie Jon!).
What a blessing it was to be with friends and family in a country that gives you freedom to worship the Lord. May God bless us and allow this to continue on, and may America seek the One-True God once again.
What a patriotic day! Reminds me of what John Adams said some 230+ years ago about July 2nd,
“The second day of July 1776 will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the Day of Deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other from this time forward forever more.”
