The Paine Family

“Because thy loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied … When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.” Psalm 63:3-7

This was the passage that the Lord blessed me with while up in the North Woods. It really describes the desire of my heart…to praise Him for His love and be completely satisfied in Him alone as I think about Him and who He is.

The time up North was refreshing. The majority of leaves have fallen and the weather is fast becoming colder. It has been really awesome to watch the different seasons come and go throughout the past eight Journeys that I have had the privilege to attended.

I look forward to going up there this coming week. Pray that God would bless the team with a double portion of His grace and mercy, that we would draw closer together as a team as we draw closer to God.
