The Stand for Life!

It was a hot afternoon when our family joined many others to form a “life chain” on a main street in Indianapolis to make a public stand against taking the life of unborn children.
We see how our nation has been blinded and has allowed their consciences to be seared to the fact that abortion is a violation of Exodus 21:13 … it is
murder. God spoke a very powerful statement through David in Psalms 127:3, when he said:
“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”
Pray with us, that our nation, America, would repent and turn to the Lord for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
“Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.” Jeremiah 3:22
Ah yes, I can recall participating in that a couple times over the years. There is something wonderful about large families joyously protesting the dissillusions of so many. May the Lord give us a vision for one day raising many, mighty arrows!
There was a life chain going on here in Hinsdale on that very day and it encouraged my heart to see so many people willing to sacrifice their Sunday afternoon to stand up for what they know to be right. May God revive our nation and cause us to see the value of life once again.
That is a beautiful verse, Jer. 3:22! If we would only turn, the Lord our God would heal our backslidings. May we each purpose to return whenever our ways conflict with God’s perfect will!
